How does this ability work?
Allies which are nearby to the Marrows, including themselves, can't be forcibly submerged, e.g. ((Atlantean Fate)), ((Drown)), ((Call of the Sea)), etc. Nearby allies can still choose to submerge when taking their own steps via their own submerge ability.
