When I play an Earth site using the second ability, do I also place a rubble in an adjacent void?
No. You only place a rubble if you play an Earth site using the first ability.
When I play an Earth site using the first ability, where does the rubble appear?
The rubble must be placed adjacent to your Geomancer. If there's no void adjacent to your Geomancer, then no rubble is placed.
Does Mirror Realm (copying an earth site), Valley of Delight (choosing earth), or one of the Bloom sites (i.e. Twilight Bloom) count for Geomancer's first ability?
Yes. Mirror ))Realm(( works because it applies as it enters the realm. Valley of Delight and the Bloom sites work because the Genesis effect of the site interrupts the resolution of the Geomancer's ability; when the second part of Geomancer's ability actually resolves and looks at the site, the site is indeed an earth (E) site. See "((Splitting Events on the Storyline))" for more details on Valley of Delight interaction, analogous to the Tawny example and splitting the Druid's ability.
If Geomancer creates a Rubble adjacent to Boulevard of Bones, do they create a skeleton?
No, the rubble is created in place, not played.
