What happens if the power of one of the units changes during the resolution of this effect so that it's no longer weaker?
Only check that the target is weaker when it is initially targeted, and when the effect first starts to resolve from the storyline. Once the effect is resolving and minions are moving, it does not matter if the relative powers change after that point.
What happens if I cast Lacuna Entity to a void location and then pull in a minion with a passive ability which will silence or disable the Entity?
If the Entity pulls in something which will remove its abilities (e.g. Sisters of Silence) then the Entity will briefly find itself in the void without the voidwalk ability, and will be banished. It will have already pulled the other minion to its location, however.
Note that if it pulls in a minion which disables other minions "at rest," such as a Hillock Basilisk, the Entity will not be at rest until after that minion has finished moving and passives are applied. This means the Basilisk would be banished before it could disable the Entity.
