For Mock Court, Court of Equity, and Mobbed Court, do these effects stack with themselves if multiple copies are in the realm?
Yes.
For Mock Court, how does this extra cost work?
For each ordinary minion that you would summon, you must pay 1 mana at the moment it would be summoned into the realm (for each copy of Mock Court). This is not an additional casting cost; it's a summoning cost. If you can pay it, you must. If you are summoning multiple ordinary minions simultaneously (e.g. Border Militia) and can't afford to pay for all of them, you may choose which ones you pay for. Any that you cannot pay for are not summoned.
This effect applies to ordinary token minions (e.g. Skeletons, Frogs, Foot Soldiers) that are summoned without being cast, as well as ordinary minions that you cast normally (e.g. Apprentice Wizard).
