If I transform an enemy minion into a Monster from my hand or Horrible Hybrids from my collection, who controls it?
The controller of the minion does not change when transforming, so in that case your opponent would control it. Note cards always go to their owner's cemetery so when that minion dies it will go to your cemetery.
