In limited play (i.e. Sealed and Draft), may I cast Serava Townsfolk and Eltham Townsfolk from outside my card pool?
Yes! Those cards have "Townsfolk" in their name, and are thus covered by the "specifically named card" rule for limited games. You do not need them in your collection in draft or sealed. You still need to meet the threshold requirement to cast them, though!
