What happens if Damion and his Ghouls are all damaged simultaneously by a Poison Nova?
Damion dies from the Lethal damage but is still in the realm at the time his Ghouls would be marked for death, so his ability protects them. Each Ghoul will have one damage for the rest of the turn. (Lethal is relevant only while the damage is applied, and is not an ongoing quality of the damage after it is applied.)
